John is a chartered engineer specialising in facade, structural, and access engineering. He has delivered a wide range of both new build and remedial projects for residential, commercial, and government asset owners.

His technical and practical knowledge, hands-on experience, and creative approach underpins his ability to develop elegant solutions to complex problems, making him an industry-recognised engineer across many fields.

John has been instrumental in the development of bespoke asset management software, integrating with existing client systems to create or complement streamlined management processes.

With over 30 years of design experience, Bassam is a highly experienced and accomplished engineer with a passion for innovation, value-engineering, and sustainability. He is a technical expert in building structures, building facades and their behaviour. Bassam’s lateral thinking ability and advanced knowledge of material properties and construction techniques have been critical in developing his acumen.

Bassam has successfully delivered elegant, economical, and innovative solutions for sophisticated architectural designs and challenging site constraints which have exceeded client’s expectations as well as advancing his own engineering knowledge.
